Office Assistant/Receptionist

Golden Gate Doula Associates - San Francisco, CA


The Golden Gate Doula Associates are looking for an office manager. Our old office manager went on maternity leave and decided she wants to stay home with her new baby (who can blame her?).
This is a job for someone who is a multi-tasker! Able to keep up with the busy schedule of multiple doulas. Computer skills: Excel, Word, Quickbooks, Mailchimp, Email, data entry, and online scheduling. Other duties will be to online invoice, check in, and confirm appointments with clients. Maintaining a tidy office, setting up for classes, greeting people who come by the office, etc... We need someone who can start now and is willing to work about 4-5 days a week. The hours will probably be 10am-3pm for now.
It's a great opportunity to hanging out with cool doulas! Also, helping couples navigate through pregnancy and newborn stages.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 /hour
