REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT RECEPTIONIST (TEMPORARY POSITION)

Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has a temporary employment opportunity available in the Real Estate Department of our Miami office, located in Downtown Miami. We offer a beautiful work environment, competitive compensation and paid parking in our building or monthly Metrorail & parking pass or 95 Express Bus pass. This assignment is expected to last approximately three months, working a 40 hour work week (also must be flexible for overtime).

Position Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced temp receptionist with a minimum of one year professional experience. The Temp Receptionist will work directly with the our Real Estate Condo department, to ensure a high level of customer service to their clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Answer multi-line phone and direct calls to the Condo team as appropriate
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure client needs and Firm standards are met
Redirect emails with client questions to the proper team member
Additional duties as assigned
Skills & Competencies

Qualified candidate should be extremely organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Additionally, must be able to work well under pressure in a high-demand, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have a professional demeanor and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications & Prior Experience

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year receptionist experience in a professional services environment. Windows 10/Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, required
