You will be responsible for defining the content strategy to support the business’ growth objectives across awareness, acquisition, conversion and retention, and to oversee building the content and marketing assets to make them successful.

We are looking for a creative Marketing Content Manager who is passionate about creating engaging, data-driven content to help Atmosera engage, educate and provide value to our target audiences. We are seeking a skilled communicator to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate has a foundation as an excellent writer and editor with an eye for details. What You'll Do

Plan, research, write/edit and produce various content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing programs
Own the development and execution of editorial calendar and master content library
Research, write/create, and edit content, including but not limited to e-mail templates, whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, infographics, emails, presentations, customer case studies, interactive and website copy
Manage and draft press library according to company updates and events (momentum releases, solution announcements, new customer acquisition, etc.)
Manage content distribution to online channels and company social media platforms as per industry best practices to increase web traffic
Draft and manage e-mail marketing campaigns within marketing automation platform (Pardot)
Define and standardize Atmosera’s voice and tone across all content channels ensuring content is consistent with brand voice, style and tone.
Ensure online content supports SEO goals, brand standards, and web style
Will work cross-departmental with teams at all levels as part of the content development process
Measure and report on content effectiveness, and optimize programs and content based on internal and third-party analytics
Help manage third party design and PR agencies
Develops and maintains a "vehicle" to monitor and manage all of the marketing content assets, so that it can tracked and also shared with the sales teams quickly and leveraged into proposals
Help to support Director of Marketing in other marketing programs and activities as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field preferred
2-5 years of experience in content marketing, journalisam, copywriting or related field
Experience within B2B Marketing required. Experience within IT/Technology industry (preferred)
Exceptional research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and brand voice of our business
Experience with on-page SEO tactics
Experience in Wordpress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and a marketing automation platform (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot or similar) preferred
The ability to write and edit both long-form and short-form marketing content
Strong communication skills that translate to internal and external channels
Ability to define, document, and manage requirements for processes and systems
