The IT Contract Recruiter will be primarily responsible for supporting the banking organization’s internal IT business groups as well as overall general operation groups.
The selected individual will work with the organization’s in-house senior recruiters to support the IT business group and should be extremely well versed in technical recruiting.
This position is a contract recruiting position based in either Fremont or Livermore. Occasional travel to other operations facilities may be needed (i.e. Fremont, Hayward Operations or Livermore Operations.)
Ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced, fluid work environment with internal clients (aka Business Partners, or Hiring Manager’s) while staying calm, cool and collected in what may be a demanding or challenging work environment at times.
This is a skilled, mid to senior level contract recruiter position where knowledge and expertise
engaging with senior management and executive management will be required. This role will require the recruiter to be extremely confident in her/his expertise and know how to communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization.
Excellent follow up and follow through are musts! The selected candidate will be very organized and extremely savvy in direct communication with leaders and hiring managers to provide timely recruiting updates.
This role will be approximately 50% sourcing efforts and 50% recruiting, scheduling, face to face meetings, and reporting.
While the primary function will be technical recruiting this role will also support general operational positions as required.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s Degree at accredited college/university or equivalent level of experience
Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and present
Knowledge of HRIS applications (Cornerstone On-Demand a plus) and ATS Systems
Knowledge of ADP
Demonstrated ability to work with the following:
