Position Summary: The Director of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care assists the President/CEO in creating and nurturing an environment in which the mission, values and philosophy of Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services, Inc., are vital, operational and integrated throughout all departments, services, and activities. As a member of senior management, the Director of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care is responsible for the overall directing, planning and implementation of mission awareness and integration activities within the organization and serves as the liaison with Covenant Health for all matters directly related to mission integration.

Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, be compassionate, outgoing, and enjoy working with elders.
Some Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Effectively communicates the mission, values and philosophy of MI to key groups, e.g. Board of Directors, management, staff and volunteers, as well as residents, families and the broader community.
Develops, implements and evaluates programs and various methods for the integration of the mission, values and philosophy of Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services, the Grey Nuns, Covenant Health and the Associates of Saint Marguerite.
Motivates and actively engages all departments and services to promote and integrate the mission, values and philospohy in their respective areas. Assists department personnel in developing mission integration objectives.
Supervises the operation of the Spiritual Care Department.
Participates in strategic planning and the organizational budgetary process especially in it's social accountability perspective and servicees to the poor.
Serves as Organizational Integrity Coordinater and co-chairs the Ethics Committee
Qualifications: Masters Degree in Theology or related field. Be of Roman Catholic Faith. Prior experience in managment or executive role. 3+ years of Health care preferred.
