TITLE: Fuel Administrator
REPORTS TO: Fuel Procurement Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for processing data essential to Parker’s fuel management department.
Conduct administrative duties to complete fuel contracts, purchases, and logistic arrangements.
Manage fuel resale by processing payments and orders.
Manage and reconcile fuel invoices for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure accuracy of carrier bill of ladings.
Process payments to suppliers and carriers through EFT reconciliation.
Support Fuel Procurement Manager in fuel purchasing activities through administrative support.
Conduct assignments, reports, and provide raw data of sales, as directed by Fuel Procurement Manager.
Maintain communications with suppliers’ and carriers’ administrative groups.
Conduct training on fuel pricing, dispatching, and procurement to be prepared to fill in during the absence of the Fuel Procurement Manager.
Long Term training to include fuel management, product procurement, and retail pricing strategies.

Must be reliable and punctual in reporting to work as scheduled;
Maintains confidentiality of all company information; including but not limited to planned projects and strategic growth plans; is forthcoming in reporting all policy and procedural violations and any wrongdoing to Management or Human Resources.
Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
Accounting/Finance experience is a plus

Must be skilled at identifying, analyzing and working to solve problems
Proficient in use of basic office equipment to include copier, fax, and calculator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; ability to write reports and business correspondence
