National trade association is looking for an energetic executive assistant to support the CEO and assist in office management responsibilities. Primary duties include coordinating the CEO’s travel and calendar and managing the Board of Directors. Also work with executive team on managing the office and working with vendors. Looking for a team member with a focus on customers, task management and technology.
Primary responsibilities include managing the CEO's travel schedule and appointment calendar, managing the Board of Directors, office management, maintaining the CEO departmental budget, maintaining relevant member information in database, working with VP on IT management, participating in shared services such as telephone duty.
College degree, aptitude for and experience with technology, excellent communication skills both oral and written, experience with budgets, a focus on customers, a team player and ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere
