Position Summary:
Leadership: Set the standard and hold your team accountable. Recognize excellence and call out failures.
Learn from your mistakes and admit when you’re wrong. Develop your team so they have career options. Groom your replacement.
Customer Service: Ensure consistent quality across all operations. Make every customer smile. Own up to and fix your mistakes.
KPI Management: Know the numbers. Establish Goals, Plan and Execute, and achieve Results. If Goals > Results, change the Plan and try again.
Operations: Get stuff done managing a team of 4-7 District Managers and 40 to 60 stores

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively impacting region's performance in; Sales, Production, Quality, Service and Image.
Effectively demonstrating, coaching, observing, evaluating, analyzing and training all aspects of the Take 5 Operating system.
Provide franchisees with sound financial analysis and review.
Provide franchisee’s with respectful, accurate and timely feedback on their performance and the performance of their center.
Building positive relationships with franchisee’s and high levels of trust through respectful communication and a dedication to making a positive impact.
Consistently meeting all aspects of department standards of performance
Additional Responsibilities

Region may also include a Regional Production Manager. In those cases the Director is responsible for coordinating schedules and managing activities
Discharge additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Experience managing people and communicating to all types, up and down
Problem-solver with can-do attitude
Track record of having fun and getting stuff done
P&L management experience and an understanding of EBITDA beyond the acronym definition
Ability to provide financial review and analysis.
Ability to provide sales and marketing leadership.
Dedication to impacting results…with a can do attitude.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills with all levels (crew to ownership).
Superior Sales/consulting skills.
Open to travel (approximately 60%).
College Degree. Automotive Experience helpful, but not required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Proficient in group training, presentations and public speaking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
