We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate for our office located in Rock Hill, SC.
**Pay is negotiable based on experience**
Job Responsibilities:
- Check-in and Check-out, to include verification of demographic and insurance information
- Collection of co-pays and deductibles, if necessary
- Scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments
- Insurance Authorizations
- Radiology / Surgery scheduling
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous medical office experience is preferred
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, staff members and Physicians
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
