Rad Power Bikes is a leading consumer direct ebike manufacturer specializing in high quality yet affordable electric bikes for weekend warriors, hardcore commuters, and family cyclists.

Madly growing and located in Ballard, we are seeking a full-time Senior Facilities Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to support a dynamic team, this might be the role for you!

Our Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation of inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Rad’s culture and values to life. This position will build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Rad Power Bikes workspaces, retail showrooms and vehicle fleets operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally.

Why You’re Rad (about you):
8-10 years of experience owning campus facilities, business operations and global team management
Experience working with business leaders across the organization to understand their space, planning and design needs
Experience managing outsourced vendor agreements and services, asset and property management, operational design, and project management
Experience directing program manager(s), architects, general contractors and designers
A passion for sustainability and renewable energy efforts in all design and construction elements
Ability to ensure that all aspects of our retail locations are operating seamlessly within Rad Power Bikes in functionality and on par with our culture and values
Willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary

Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Facilities, or related fields such as Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate and Portfolio Analyst, or Commercial Office Management
Experience coordinating with vendors to ensure all coffee/water/beverage systems are functioning properly
Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes

You get bonus points for:
Project management skills a plus
Familiar with goal setting programs like OKRs, SMART goals or BSQ

Had you been with us last month, you would have:
Worked to optimize our current global headquarters as we scaled from 50 employees to 200
Negotiated lease agreements for several new locations globally
Worked with a team of space planning designers to develop our Retail playbook
Partnered with Leadership to identify new spaces within the US, Canada and EU markets
Developed a fleet management program for our Mobile Service team
Created visibility about key initiatives taking place in all Rad locations
Managed individual and team performance, focusing on growing future talent and leaders
Partnered with Finance to be accountable for regional operating budget, including development of the annual plan, to forecast and tracking of monthly/quarterly finances
Been responsible for coordination with physical security and related operations for all sites
Operated with a bias towards action in successful completion of company goals
Additional duties as assigned
