Job Duties include:
- Maintain reconciliations of all General Ledger accounts
- Maintain reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- High volume reconciliations
- Balance and reconcile general ledger with job cost, equipment cost, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts
- Cross train with other accounting team members including Accounts Payable and Payroll.
- Assist Controller and CFO with monthly financial reporting preparation
- 2+ years of General Ledger accounting experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting preferred
- Self starter
- Able to think out of the box
