Overview:
Join Golden Rule Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical as we expand our team to include a dynamic role that combines customer experience management, membership program growth, and new partnership responsibilities. We're seeking a dedicated professional who can deliver a world-class customer experience, drive the expansion and retention of our Gold Club membership, and spearhead our new partnership initiative with a local retail partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer experience coordination and resolution of service issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Actively manage and promote the growth and retention of the Gold Club membership program through various channels, including email, outbound calls, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and implement strategies to renew memberships, handle expired payment methods, and reduce membership cancellations.
- Develop scripts for membership sales and handle common objections to maintain high retention rates.
- Coordinate with our Marketing Team to develop innovative member engagement and retention campaigns.
- Represent our company through a new retail store partnership, maintaining relationships with store management and ensuring consistent presence and promotion of our services from Friday to Sunday.
- Manage the scheduling and attendance of staff or representatives at store locations and occasionally assess promotional activities and team performance.
- Provide daily and weekly reports to leadership on membership metrics, customer feedback, and partnership effectiveness.
