Responsible for the successful leadership of multiple District Area Offices, overseeing Sales and Operations of Contracting, Equipment, and Service
Responsible for the articulation and execution of both strategy and tactics for the assigned District Area Offices
Business planning for both immediate and long-term results
AOP development and delivery of financial results
Participate in District Area Office Team selection, development, and ongoing performance improvement
Creating an environment that enables associate personal growth, accountability, engagement, recognition, teamwork, mentoring, and excellence in execution.
Ongoing monitoring and measuring of customer needs and customer satisfaction
Development of contingency plans required for changing market conditions
Staff performance appraisals, training and development recommendations and disciplinary actions
Communications to executive management, territory leaders, peers, local leaders and associates
Safety performance and compliance in such areas as EAP, EEO/AA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance or related degree from four-year college or university
8-10 years of progressive managerial experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of experience leading teams required
Familiarity with operation of HVAC systems preferred but not required.
