ROLE: Rehabilitation Program Manager

SHIFT STATUS: Full Time-40 hours

We are proud to be part of Athena Health Care continuum of care, providing a full spectrum of senior housing and healthcare options to the region, including short-term and long-term rehabilitation, respite, hospice and dementia care.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Rehabilitation Program Manager is responsible for the overall administration, clinical planning, development, marketing and operations of the Rehab program with the facility. Manages and directs staff in the provision of program services to patients, residents and clients. In conjunction with Corporate Management, establishes and meets budgetary standards for Program Performance.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree, as required for initial professional preparation in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology or other clinical professional services.

EXPERIERNCE REQUIRED:

Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professions required. Current membership in professional organizations at the state and national level preferred.

Two to four years clinical experience required; one to two years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines.
