We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our growing and expansive team. As a start-up making headway in the industry we are looking for goal-oriented people ready to build something great! The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our sales department by assisting with customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role is offering a salary paid weekly DOE with opportunity for commissions based on sales and customer satisfaction surveys.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and pricing to customers
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications Required:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in a call center or sales support role is preferred
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and google suite applications
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for this role
