Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Odessa, Texas
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 base plus commission

We believe in the power of connecting employers with talented individuals and are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative.
Responsibilities:As an Outside Sales Representative/Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Maintaining and further developing accounts with existing clients.
- Compiling lists of prospective customers from various sources.
- Traveling throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
- Soliciting orders and maintaining excellent customer service.
- Quoting prices, offering credit terms, and preparing sales contracts/customer applications.
- Completing job site survey reports for new and existing customer job sites.
- Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Meeting weekly-established customer-call quotas.
- Recording all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software.
Qualifications:
- Previous business-to-business sales experience preferred but not required.
- Must be a team player who is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to attend after-hours networking events and take calls from clients nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation for effective customer contact.
