We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Dev-Ops Engineer to join our team in Williston, VT to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

In this role you will:
Develop and maintain automated systems used for development, testing, and deployment of various software components within an SDLC while adhering to current DevOps principals and methodologies, and providing support for a fast-paced software development team.
Design, develop and implement solutions that support business functionality as well as the underlying infrastructure required to run and deploy those solutions.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 10 years experience or equivalent blend of education and experience.
Technical skills and experiences with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and continuous delivery systems.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and be adaptive to the changing needs of the department and the organization.
Experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects
Knowledge of the Visual Studio stack
Knowledge of Team Foundation Server
Strong practical Windows and Linux based systems administration skills with experience in a cloud-based environment
Understanding of LDAP/Active Directory integration
Experienced management of continuous integration servers and source code repositories
Experience automating deployment of Windows/Linux applications, system configurations and security settings
Experience with automation/configuration management
Experience with automated testing tools
Familiarity with monitoring tools and suites
Working experience with scripting, programming, markup, and style sheet languages including, JavaScript (frameworks and libraries), SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL), Python, C#, Java, HTML, CSS.
Working experience with database design and related administration tasks (NoSQL experience is a plus)
Experience with distributed service standards (SOAP, REST, EJB)
Working knowledge of IP networking, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and load balancing
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
Ability to self-manage assigned tasks and projects
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
