Asheboro Kubota is seeking a full time experienced Field Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic to provide field/road service to lawn, farm, and construction equipment. The applicant must be able to diagnose and repair complex mechanical equipment issues. Knowledge of diesel motors and repair is a must. Basic math, computer and technical skills are required.
Applicant must have clean driving record and valid Driver License and be able to operate our field service trucks to complete repairs at customer locations.
Our technicians own and maintain their on tools.
*Under limited supervision, the mechanic position performs work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance of lawn, farm and construction equipment; performs related work as assigned.
Essential Functions
Diagnoses, rebuilds and repairs lawn, farm and construction equipment.
Performs inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Prepares and maintains records and reports.
