Medical Office Receptionist

Triangle Foot and Ankle Specialist - Cary, NC


We are looking for someone who is motivated, friendly, and energetic to fill a full-time receptionist position with a growing practice in the Cary area. The office is both medical/surgical with some procedures being performed in the office.

The receptionist, under the direction of the Office Manager, works cooperatively with the care team. Provides quality appropriate patient care, utilizing customer service skills throughout the patient care continuum. Collects pertinent patient data and coordinates with the team in order to deliver appropriate patient interventions. Works with back office to ensure smooth patient flow. Person must have the ability to anticipate the needs of both the office and doctor. The jobs include, answering phones, patient interaction, insurance verification, pathology results, MRI scheduling, checking patients in and out as well as collect on company's and deductibles as needed efficiently, a fast paced environment.
