Our Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to become part the HUMAN RESOURCES team.
This position is predominantly REMOTE work, with the ability to be in the office when required.
The Administrative Assistant compiles and keeps records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, and performs a variety of other administrative duties, utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures.
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the department scheduling calls and meetings, project management and follow-through, updating calendars and spreadsheets.
Update social analytics spreadsheets.
Work with the Director of Content to create weekly/monthly reports to share with the team.
Ongoing asset organization Preparing reports by researching, analyzing, and compiling data.
Conduct travel quote research, creating travel memos, and compiling events materials.
Invoice creation and related payment tracking.
Editing and reviewing events details and spreadsheets.
May take on additional responsibilities depending on the candidate’s interest, such as social and digital marketing strategy, webinar support, and/or copywriting.
3+ years of experience.
Good attention to detail.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
A “no-job-too-small attitude”.
Experience with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Experience maintaining spreadsheets.
A sense of responsibility to follow through and complete tasks.
The ability to work remotely with little supervision, but frequent communication.
Skilled in researching, booking, and accessing travel and hotel bookings independently or through agencies with the ability to identify potential travel issues in advance.
A high level of confidentiality.
Ability to balance competing priorities and projects.
Must be a calm and resourceful troubleshooter with excellent judgment.
Must be Internet and research savvy.
- MINIMUM of a High School Diploma or GED.
There is no per Diem with this position
There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
MUST be able to work without sponsorship or VISA transfer for this position.
