Summary: Coordinate and maintain records of "Lifespire SSA/SSI Direct Payee" bank account. Maintain records of HUD rent billing and receipts Maintain records of monthly individuals' benefits receipts. Issue payments and maintain records of monthly Personal Allowance and reimbursement to operating accounts. Review application of lump sums and issue payments. Maintain records of monthly rent billing and receipts for HUD. Function E. Maintain HUD Purchase Order listing and issue PO numbers. Comply with all agency standards, rules, practices, policies and procedures. Quarterly time studies are needed for this position: All Residential (9020) and HUD. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: H.S. diploma or GED and some related office experience required. Familiarity/experience in accounting and spreadsheet computer applications needed.
