Description of Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicates changes and decisions appropriately with staff and stakeholders.
Manages the reconciliation of child support payments
Manages end of the month reconciliation and necessary project financial reports for Project Director.
Manages bank relationship and activities for project operation.
Prepare the Reconciliation Spreadsheet.
Generate Bank Reports and reconcile all bank accounts.
Process bank return items (insufficient funds) and stop payments.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience using Microsoft Windows with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software products.
Must be proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse and 10-key pad.

Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field.
Bachelors or better in Finance or related field.
2 years: Degree preferred; however, candidates not possessing a bachelor’s degree may be considered qualified after demonstrating an equal number of years of professional experience and/or accredited certification in fields related to their proposed position.
