MassMutual’s Strategic Research & Design team is challenging the status quo. We're on a mission not just improve but drastically shift the financial industry’s approach of “doing business” and interacting with the public. Come join our diverse team as we build out our vision of the future with In Good Company.

In Good Company is a public facing learning initiative of MassMutual. We're exploring new ways to make it easier than ever to move from awareness to action and have fun along the way.

In Good Company is a place where people who want to improve their financial intelligence come together to get advice from experts who speak their language (the human one). No jargon, no sales pitches, no three-piece suits. Unless you’re into that. A descendant of Society of Grownups, In Good Company has moved into 1653 Beacon Street to continue advancing financial education in the community while evolving our offerings and our reach. We’re here for grownups, aspiring grownups, and even well-established grownups, because everyone wants to understand money better.
