About the Position:
The Capital Operations Analyst will provide support to our Chairman and Executive team as well as be given the unique opportunity to make an impact on the company’s business development efforts. This position comes with substantial growth potential.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Manage and understand a large network of personal and professional relationships to include relationships with family, friends, partners, business connections, investors, and media
Maintain and optimize connections by scheduling meetings and events via email and phone as well as sending letters and personal gifts for the Chairman
Draft, review, and execute communications on behalf of Chairman
Assist with coordination of projects for Chairman’s office
Coordinate inbound and outbound meetings with investors
Interface with investors and respond to investors’ specific diligence questions
Conduct business development research including profiles on potential investors
Develop written marketing materials sent directly to investors including deal teasers, Private Placement Memos and pitch book presentations
Draft quarterly and annual reports to investors
Maintain the highest level of discretion over all responsibilities
College degree in finance, accounting, or legal; top-tier degree preferred
2+ years of experience managing high-level relationships (HNWIs, executives, etc.). Public relations, investor relations, lobbying, or similar marketing experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and execution skills with a high attention to detail
Proactive and resourceful in executing vague or open-ended directives
Analytical skills and an ability to understand financial concepts very quickly
Concise, professional, and effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication ability
Thrives under pressure, enjoys new challenges, not tied to status quo
