Your day as a RPA Engineer may include:
Be part of agile team in Identifying and evaluating automation possibilities within Enterprise business functions to build bots with multitasking and multitenancy capabilities
Working with teams to assess automation opportunities from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at optimal solution
Anticipating, identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues and risks affecting delivery of automations
Develop, deploy and integrate bots built locally to virtual and cloud platforms that enable multi tenancy
Support knowledge transfer activities with bot operators and business owners
Evaluate RPA tools and provide recommendations to clients on potential platform fitment based on their automation vision and technology landscape
Designing and implementing robotic processing automation (RPA) code within industry leading RPA platforms

Experience we would like to see:
3+ years RPA development experience in UiPath or similar technologies (with Developer Accreditation).
3-5 years hands-on programming/scripting experience specifically aligned with RPA implementations.
Create or update documentation including architecture diagrams and design documents (i.e. Solutions Design Document) in support of development efforts.
Estimate development efforts and provide guidance on development timelines.
Experience in automation using OCR and NLP technologies is a plus
Automation experience in Insurance domain is a plus.
Experience in using RPA orchestrator.
Modular based development practices with reusable components and patterns for consistent usage across teams.
Focus on Value delivery.
Integration with Tableau and or other reporting/visualization platforms.
Encourage and participate on peer to peer code and design reviews.
Experience with Test driven development.
