Position Description

Directs development of complex training programs, performance support tools, and resources
Directs program effectiveness
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures business needs are being met
Ensures training effectiveness
Leads the development, evaluation, and implementation of training development standards and governance
Monitors design processes and direction
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 3 years experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 5 years experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

2 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
2 years experience with instructional design software.
3 years project management experience.
Master s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field.
Project Management certification.
