As an Account Executive at TrueAccord, you will focus on strategic sales to some of the largest Enterprises in the world. You will be working on deals that will revolutionize the traditional debt collection model. You’ll identify and articulate how TrueAccord can unlock significant value for clients and truly transform and industry in great need of change. This is an amazing opportunity to participate in strategic decisions that will change debt collection forever and help develop the sales culture here at TrueAccord.
Our Sales team combines deep product and industry knowledge and is focused on bringing TrueAccord to large financial institutions. Those major verticals are, but not limited to: telecommunications, wireless, and the automotive industry. TrueAccord aims to partner with these companies that can benefit from a technological and data driven approach to collections that positively impact their consumers.
You'll be a key player in helping us achieve this vision. Your focus will be on generating new Enterprise deals and building strong, long-lasting relationships with Enterprise clients.
What you'll do:
Identify new potential customers and run the end-to-end sales process
Build and maintain relationships with Enterprises, from executives to product teams to operational leaders
Work internally to cross-functionally support Enterprise clients and deploy sales strategies that expand our footprint within all clients
What excites us:
Significant experience in client-facing roles and a strong track record of closing Enterprise-level deals
Interest in financial services, telecommunications and wireless business and a desire to create strategic relationships that help our clients succeed
Strong account management, qualifying, and negotiating skills; consultative sales approach with a product-centric mindset
Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed
Ability to work with internal teams to provide the necessary support Enterprise clients demand
Experience selling technology into Enterprise firms at senior levels
7+ years of outside Enterprise contact center software sales experience
