JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Company and Client Services Administrator Opportunity:
- CFS is partnering with a repeat client in wealth management who is looking to hire a Client Services Administrator to support a large team and act as a resource center for employees
- This position will begin soon after an interview on a contractual basis and transition into a permanent role for the right candidate within 3 months
- Position is 100% in office in Owings Mills, MD, 8:30am-5pm, M-F
- Reports to the Investment Advisor Manager
- Annual salary starting at $60,000
Job Duties of the Client Services Administrator:
- Support back-office functions pertaining to client onboarding including preparing and submitting client forms, and creating and organizing client electronic records
- Communicate with clients and advisors to provide administrative support and facilitate efficient management of client requests
- Work with financial custodians to submit and manage client account requests
- Process and track the purchase and redemption of direct subscription products
- Assist in the quarter end reporting procedures including
- Generate a variety of client and management reports as needed
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with compliance and SEC requirements
- Work with the operations team to track technology updates and adapt internal procedures as appropriate.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of back-office operations policies and procedures, with an emphasis in creating video training content.

Qualifications for the Client Services Administrator:
- 2+ years of experience in an admin role in a professional office setting with experience in back office operations, preferably in a public accounting, legal, or financial services environment
- High level of competency in computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, MS Teams, and SharePoint
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check
