Job Description: Your work will involve the following:
Conduct RPA (Robotic Process Automation) High Level Assessments and design workshops
Identify processes that are feasible for automation with recommendations for benefits and savings
Recommendations to alter or reengineer process to automate or improve automation potential
Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
Develops proposals for change or enhancement
Basic Technical Skills to guide the customer and senior managers
Project Management and Coordination with the SMEs/customers/development team/Jr BA Analysts & various stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

A mid-level experienced in supporting Test Environment Management Operations mainly in Banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about managing the onsite-offshore model as a SPOC for customer.

Technical Skills:
A techie with around 7 years of relevant experience on Linux, Middleware, Database, application prod/non-prod support.
Good exposure to Web servers, Middleware, DevOps and Open source technologies.
Expert on ITIL tools and processes
Working knowledge of IT Service management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, HPSM, monitoring tools (Splunk/AppD/ Dynatrace)
Able to suggest service improvements/automation in test environment (eg: reduction of monitoring s, manual efforts, Data refresh)
Clear understanding of application lifecycle development (SDLC).
Strong on Test environment automation and E2E business transaction checks
Strong on DevOps tools – JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub, version control

Process Skills:
Previous experience in Client facing and managing Techno-functional roles as SPOC
Capable of analyzing requirements and troubleshoot applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLA’s.
Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews).
Ability to issue analysis execute commands, quires document new issues helps us reduce resolution time, ability to find root cause, create knowledge base, should have experience & functional knowledge on baking applications.
Has proven track record of process, SLA improvements and savings (acknowledged by the client).

Behavioral Skills :
Available on 24 x 7 basis in the event of emergencies and should be contactable after office hours
Resolve technical issues by implementing break fix.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

Interact, co-ordinate with different teams and get the issue resolved on priority.
Aggressive follow up, proper escalation matrix and keeps updating the stakeholders on the status on priority issues.
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

At least 7 years of relevant work experience in Test Environment support.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
