Overview
Municipal Expediting Inc. is a close-knit team of six dedicated professionals committed to excellence in our field. We pride ourselves on our collaborative environment and exceptional service. We're looking for an experienced Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in office management and team leadership. This is a hybrid role with in-office hours Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, including one day of remote work per week.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate and send new client proposals
- Coordinate new and existing project proposals; respond to RFP’s (request for Proposals)
- Interface with clients, vendors and all staff
- Coordinate and update all office equipment, licenses, and supplies
- Track all Computers, log ins, expiration dates
Qualifications
- 5 years of office experience
- English language skills -written and verbal
- Bachelor or Associates degree
- Notary Public (now or within 6 months)
- Construction related experience is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
