A Customer Service Representative and Dispacher for a small heating and cooling company. This person will do the bulk of social media posting for the company and should be familiar with how Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest work and willing to learn how to use in business. You will also need to learn Quickbooks basics and have good phone skills. You will need to use scheduling software and communicate effectively with other staff including the service manager and technicians. We need someone who is available Mon-Fri from 8-5. The position varies in weekly hours depending on how busy the office is and this person will also fill in for our main dispatcher is she is out on vacation or ill. Summer is our busiest time and this position will require the most hours in the summer and winter. During our slow seasons the hours will sometimes be 12 hours a week and during the summers the hours will increase to 30-40 hours a week.

Starting pay @ $11-13hr but negotiable. This job is in a busy office with little down time. Our office has two office cats. Please do not apply if you are allergic or don't like cats.
