Position:
Insurance Agent
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound and inbound calls to update policy holders’ contact information while displaying excellent customer service
- Review policies and make sure that customers are properly covered and paying the most competitive rate.
- Perform an end-to-end processes whist exceeding customer’s expectations
- Going beyond extra mile by resolving client’s other policy issues or complaints by contacting the carriers or the mortgage company
- Generate sales leads
- Build a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them what they need, while considering reputational risk of the company
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools and by adhering to the company’s policies and
Procedures
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Keep the customers STAY with us
Skills:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to convince and attract customers to stay with our agency
- High school degree

- Monday to Friday

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Insurance License FL 4-40/ 20-44 / 2-20 (Required)

Pay: $42,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
