Forbes Media seeks a bright and enthusiastic Executive Coordinator o support our Chief Revenue Officer and our SVP Strategic Partnerships in our San Francisco office. This is a great opportunity for an individual that has worked in media and is looking to develop a career within advertising sales and strategy.
Provide administrative support: calendar, expense, and travel management, answer phones, email correspondence, book reservations and conference calls
Act as liaison with leader’s direct reports and other senior leaders within the organization
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Content Partnerships teams on special projects
Manage logistics as it relates to client functions, act as front-facing ambassador in client communications
Prepare agendas and presentations for meetings both internal and external
Track and update databases
Support on-site events and private client entertainment as needed
Update various information systems and contact lists as necessary
General office support such as printing, scanning and mailing materials
Conference Room Management
Coordinate New Hire Set Up
Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Work with IT/Helpdesk at NJ headquarters should issues arise
Manage Office Supply Inventory
Oversee daily maintenance of the office
The ideal candidate must be motivated, articulate, and have strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail. The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment is essential. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and some public speaking experience. The ideal candidate will work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as in a cross-functional team environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected as well as the ability to prioritize and delegate. Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
