The Creative Traffic Coordinator for our Channel Marketing department is responsible for managing traffic and asset management systems and working with key members of the Marketing department to prioritize, facilitate the flow and meet the deadlines of all marketing creative projects.

Specific duties include:
Coordinate the processing, trafficking and print production of print materials from initiation to completion
Work with the internal team to prioritize projects and ensure all projects remain accurate and on deadline
Maintain thorough knowledge of where each job stands in the development process, updating status reports and project timelines where necessary
Manage and maintain Project Management Software Tool (Workfront) to facilitate an efficient workflow process and ensure timely and accurate development/execution of creative materials
Manage project timeline expectations and costs for approval. Provide regular status reports for on-going projects at weekly project meetings and reviews; communicate feedback to the creative department; maintain creative services briefs and calendars
Manage the daily work of production and marketing support functions

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field required
3+ years’ experience managing workflow in a creative marketing function required
Working knowledge of the creative process and general creative workflow essential
Ability to manage multiple assignments of varying complexities, and meet tight deadlines required
Must be extremely thorough and able to work well in cross-functional situations
Must have strong attention to detail, with proofreading skills at a high level of accuracy
Strong project management skills, organizational and prioritization ability, and creative thinking skills essential
Strong computer and MS Office skills a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email, phone, and face-to-face required
