Solutions Architect - Atlassian tools

Cprime is conducting a search for a Solutions Architect in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Solutions Architect will provide solution guidance, organizational best practices, and oversight to client engagements. They will engage client technology and process leads to understand organizational challenges, opportunities, and application to the projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall professional services strategy, service revenue growth, quality, and enablement
  • Planning, executing, and operation management of the P&L
  • Hiring a team of A+ players, including the development of a pipeline of top talent
  • Nurture, develop, mentor, and coach the teams, ensuring they are optimizing their talent
  • Performance management for team members in the business unit
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to the Professional Services organization
  • Responsible for all ALM Tools delivery quality
  • Manage, control and optimize the professional services budget and cost structure
  • Grow and manage an organization responsible for on-boarding, training, technical solution design, scoping, integrations and additional implementation activities
  • Support sales activities with pre-sales consulting, scoping, solution design and discovery sessions
  • Build set of metrics and goals for the Professional Services team Run multiple global implementations with strategic customers
  • Be a trusted escalation point for the services team and customers on service-related issues
  • Manage product and services Partner relationships
  • Provide thought leadership including webinars, speaking engagements, white-papers, and blogs posts
  • Develop and maintain ALM Tools solutions
  • Responsible for all practice area delivery quality
  • Define and manage delivery processes to support all aspects of the ALM Tools practice

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of Professional Services Management experience
  • 5+ years of Atlassian software planning, design, and implementation
  • 5+ years of managerial experience (hiring, leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring resources)
  • Previous experience with JIRA Align and Qtest
  • Deep understanding of business and technology processes as well as software integration and implementation
  • Metric-driven management experience and style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, process-oriented, drive to constantly improve quality, self-motivated
  • Experience in process documentation, training and change management
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts at any given time through effective time-management and planning
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
