Currently, we are looking to add a highly motivated, self-starter to support our manufacturing operations. We are a growing company with a mission to satisfy our customers.


This position requires an individual who desires a career in the casting industry; possesses strong communication and leadership skills; pays attention to detail and has the ability to handle the responsibilities of leading a team in a fast paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Supervisor will supervise between four and six Master Technicians (cell leaders) and up to 25 Manufacturing Technicians in a 24/7 operation with an emphasis on problem solving and training.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in an investment casting environment or complimentary metal casting process.
  • High energy positive approach – desire to work with people to bring new jobs into production while maintaining safety, quality and on-time delivery for existing customers.
  • Excellent communication – written and verbal along with demonstrated, hands on, problem solving skills.
  • 2 or 4 year degree preferred, but willing to consider the right candidate with demonstrated track record of success.
  • Ability to manage a diverse group of people and motivate them to work together as a team.
  • Focus on maintaining a safe work environment with understanding of OSHA rules and knowledge of first aid.
  • Computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Familiarity with PLC’s and equipment controls.
  • Manufacturing experience with solid root cause analysis with an eye for fixing problems and getting results.
  • A desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic organization with high personal visibility.
