  • BA degree with a communication and/or design emphasis, or trade/portfolio school equivalent
  • Portfolio required
  • 3-5 years related experience, preferably at an ad agency; inclusion in renowned awards shows and “the books” (i.e., CA Annual) a plus
  • Inspires, leads and develops associate team members
  • Strong conceptual thinker and visual communicator
  • Story telling skills
  • Proficient problem solving and project management skills
  • Strong aesthetic sense
  • Proficient with relevant software (i.e., Adobe CS)
  • Drawing ability a plus
