Job Title: Commercial Dispatcher

Department: Service Department

Reports to: Manager, Commercial Service

Hours: 7am - 5pm, overtime may be necessary during peak season.

General Purpose of Job:
Provide support and assistance to the commercial service administration staff and perform scheduling and dispatch duties for customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Checking and approving labor for commercial technicians daily in our software system.
Organization of the next day’s schedule of service calls.
Calling the scheduled customers to remind them of their appointment.
Provide support daily for the residential dispatchers.
Ultimately learn the commercial dispatching procedures to provide support when needed.
Learn our dispatching software system.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform commercial billings and mailing to customers.
Use EXCEL spreadsheets
Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Answer incoming service calls daily and scheduling appointments for both commercial and residential customers.
Provide our customers with a repair history report upon request.
Assist residential dispatcher with scheduling repairs with customers.

1-year office experience in an administrative/support role preferred.
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel.
