JOB SUMMARY: Senior Application Configuration Analyst - Diagnosing complex problems, developing and implementing solutions related to SAP HR Support pack, year-end tax updates and integration with BSI Tax factory in the environment by effectively understanding relevant business processes so that they can be modeled in internal systems. Developing and maintaining scope and objectives for internal systems requirements as defined by the organization including application design and sustenance services as it relates to processes in SAP Human resource management area with special focus on unionized payroll processing and non-union recruitment processes. Performing complex dealing with the analysis, design, configuration, development and implementation of solutions serving business line and functional units related to union and non-union recruitment processes. Carrying out detailed system design and writing functional and technical requirements/specs, Business Process flows, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Transports and Business Technology Roadmaps and developing test plans and applying testing and quality monitoring procedures. Providing guidance to business and functional units in developing tests and training plans and materials and providing day-to-day support to users and to junior configurators, as well as driving improved user productivity through developing and implementing new business process and systems solutions. Proactively contributing to an overall IT strategy via direct experience in tactical projects and specific user requirements. Identifying and resolving gaps in the business processes, involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation in conjunction with integration of SAP HCM solution with third-party tools including Identity Assets Management, Active Directory, ADP, 3rd party Benefit providers, recruiting platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Requires Seven (7) yrs. of experience in the Job Offered or Related or alternatively, Bachelor’s (or educ. equiv.) Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and five (5) yrs. experience in the Job Offered or Related. Experience must have included at least 2 yrs. in each of the following: Application design and sustenance services as it relates to processes in SAP Human resource management area with special focus on unionized payroll processing; Implementing and maintaining processes for union and non-union recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance management, appraisal and merit management process, employee self-service and manager self-service; Designing, configuring and implementing solutions related to integration of SAP HCM solution with third-party tools including Identity Assets Management, Active Directory, ADP, 3rd party Benefit providers, recruiting platforms; Experience in implementing SAP HR Support pack, year-end tax updates and integration with BSI Tax factory; and Creation, Maintenance and Review of documents including Business Process flows, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Transports and Business Technology Roadmaps.
