The OMD Associate Manager will work within the Talent Management and Organization Development (TOMD) team for the Global Functions and Category Teams in partnership with the Global Talent and Assessment COE to deliver leadership assessment, people planning, and other related activities. This role will partner closely with the Global Talent Assessment and Development COE, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
Graduate degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, HR, or MBA with relevant business and HR functional experience
2-5 years of HR/OD experience
