eCommerce Customer Support & Shipping Director & Stella Mar Films - Cocoa, FL

Full-time, an online Catholic store (and a network of Catholic websites, a publishing arm, a non-profit, and a film production company called Stella Mar Films), based in Cocoa Village, FL, is seeking an eCommerce Customer Service/Shipping Director to assist with daily operations.

The main duties will include the operation of the online store, primarily customer support and order processing. As the fulfillment center for Stella Mar Films and the My Heart Will Triumph book, duties also include related support, shipping, and assisting the filmmakers.

As he or she takes on more responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also contribute to the company’s growth through promotional initiatives such as social media marketing, online promotions, and more. This is a small but growing company, and this position is very “hands-on.” You will be responsible for most of the day-to-day shipping and customer support, while also helping to manage additional shipping/support associates in busier times.

The main duties of this multi-faceted position include:

  • Assist with day to day business operations
  • Answer phone calls from customers to take order and/or solve problems
  • Answer emails from customers to answer questions
  • Chat with customers online through our help center
  • Correspond with manufacturers about orders and re-order items
  • Restock products
  • Pack and ship orders
  • Assist with office duties and upkeep
  • Assist with social media marketing

NOTE: We will train you and help you learn how each of these and other business operations work.


Our preference would be for someone with some background in a field related to business, communications, marketing, IT or digital media, and/or a related degree. Knowledge about the Catholic faith and an interest in faith-related subjects is also a bonus. An ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Basic eCommerce knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task is a must
  • Social media experience (ie. Facebook, Instagram)
  • Photoshop/Illustrator or basic graphic skills would be a plus.
  • Being bilingual (English and Spanish) would be a plus.
  • A positive, friendly additude and a sense of humor. : )


Our office is in Cocoa Village, FL, the beautiful historic district of Cocoa with restaurants, cafes and a riverside park. The candidate must be able to work in the office.


  • $20,000 to 23,000 per year
  • 40 Hours Per Week
  • Yearly bonuses possible at end of each year
