We are seeking an Excel wizard/analytical-minded individual to join our team!
Successful, growing membership-based organization located in Chester Springs, PA is searching to fill one (1) part-time position, 25 - 30 hours per week. Hourly pay ranges $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. Please send resume and cover letter.
- Prepare quarterly sales report cards for dealer members
- Analyze, report and help rectify sales deviation reported by members
- Manage sales reporting system
- Maintain member phone lists
- Maintain dealer information center on our intranet site
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various company meetings
Special member service projects as required
Ideal applicants must possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collate and analyze sales data and present findings in a confident and articulate manner.
- Strong computer/internet skills
- Pleasant communication and customer service skills
- Excellent project coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with interruptions and meet deadlines
- High-energy, quick learning, flexible and intelligence a must!
- Comfortable working in a small business environment. This position requires individual to work in the office. Telecommuting is not an option for this position.
- Be available to travel for company conferences. Events are four days long, two times a year.
