Job Description:
Field service engineer are a highly important role in several aspects. This position will be reporting to our NAM Service Manager Vernon Sawyer. Installing and repairing our fleet of products are important part, but far from our only expectation. To create relations with a target to become our customers trusted adviser and leverage on such a situation will become one of the most profitable opportunities in our entire Capital goods business. We are looking at the Field Service function as important asset both technical and commercial and to work in close cooperation with our sales functions.
Duties & Responsibilities

Daily implementation of the safety culture and driving of safety improvement initiatives.

Perform Installations, commissioning, and repair job at customer site.

Improve the level of service delivery/quality to a world-class standard.

Perform maintenance contracts, safety, and verification test.

Perform machine evaluation and take active part to generate sales leads.

Ensure that at the end of commissioning installations the acceptance test and documents are signed, and all non-conformities are reported.

Contribute to the achievement of the AM budget by satisfying customer's needs and feeding leads and valuable business opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders.

Embrace new digital technologies to advance and improve service.

Work with our Technical and engineering group to deliver prompt diagnostic and resolutions for our customers.

Participate in continuous improvement to drive effectiveness, efficiency and improve customer experience in AM.

Ensure that service reporting and weekly reports are filled.
Qualifications

Language Requirements: English.

Education Requirements: Mechanical maintenance, electrical, welding/cutting skills optional.

Experience Requirements: One year Field experience in Technical Services, on Industrial engineered equipment.

Mobility & Travel Requirements: Extensive travel within the USA. Globally for training purpose.

Driving License.

Good ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Intermediate IT skills (MS office applications, Service Management software).
Pay Range:
$61,102.00-$74,850.00
