We are seeking an LPN/RN to join our Patient Centered Medical Home Team! You will work closely with our Pediatricians to provide medical care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Care for patients aged newborn to 18 years
- Perform tests ordered by providers or as indicated from Standing Orders
- Collaborate with physicians and/or ARNPs to provider childhood immunizations and other basic pediatric care
- Triage patients, take and record vitals, vaccines, therapeutic injections, breathing treatments
- Comfortable with using Electronic Medical Record
Qualifications:
- Previous medical office and Telephone Triage experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear and Active Florida Nursing License
