An outside commercial plumbing and heating sales position where the ideal candidate will develop, foster and build existing relationships while utilizing their business development skills to find new opportunities. Create demand for products represented by ROI Marketing by calling on mechanical contractors, engineers, general contractors, owners and developers as well as follow job leads. The ideal candidate will possess good oral and written communication skills and must enjoy working with a variety of people. Candidate must be someone who enjoys the hunt for new business, detail oriented, organized and possess excellent follow up skills. Proficient with personal computing, email, and Microsoft Office Suite of products. Knowledge of the Plumbing and Heating industry a plus. College Education Recommended. Excellent driving record required.

Position: Commercial Sales Manager in the Plumbing and Heating Wholesale Channel

Territory: Washington DC/Baltimore MD/Northern Virginia

Responsibilities: Maintain and build existing relationships with mechanical contractors and engineers in the Greater Washington/Baltimore Metro area. Utilize available resources to reach out to prospects and convert those prospects into customers.Familiarity with Insight is a plus. Provide outstanding customer service. Participate in local trade shows to accumulate new leads to convert into future business while developing relationships with existing customers.Update and maintain customer information for the ROI Marketing internal database.Attend training and trade association meetings to gain industry and product knowledge.Handle day to day issues as they arise.

ROI Marketing is an HVAC, Plumbing, Heating and Decorative Manufacturer's Representative. The markets we cover are from Virginia to Southern Jersey. We have an office in Millersville MD and a total of 23 employees.
