Conducts full life-cycle recruitment and selection of qualified candidates for positions at all levels within supported business unit(s). Develops strategic relationships with supported business unit(s) and creates an effective recruiting strategy to meet customers’ needs. Partners with HR and department leadership to improve recruiting practices and processes across the organization.
This position requires comprehensive knowledge within a functional area. Work is performed under general direction and is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives and to ensure compliance with processes, standards and policies of the organization. Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult and complex problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practical and consistent with the objective of the organization. May train and mentor less experienced professionals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and continually assess strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates for industry-related professional, technical and field positions.
Develops and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates.
Assist with executive search firm efforts.
Develop, execute and manage effective campus recruiting campaigns, including conducting research to improve business relationships with colleges and universities.
Provide guidance in the development, facilitation and implementation of recruiting programs.
Supervise interviewing, testing and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) regulations, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other government compliance requirements.
Responsible for implementing and utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to assess recruiting needs, identify key recruitment issues and make strategic hiring decisions that support current and future business unit needs.
Coach managers on hiring trends and recruitment tools.
Proactively research, investigate and utilize innovative sourcing strategies.
Partner with Corporate Communications to capitalize on company events and advertising campaigns, ensuring diverse population is reached.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and customer feedback.
Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data.
Implement creative and targeted search/marketing strategies that help recruiting staff be more successful in pipelining both active and passive candidates, including managing internet job postings for all e-recruiting sites.
Initiate contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings. Review applications and interview applicants to identify qualified candidates; screen and refer candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization.
Attend job fairs and other functions to maintain a positive corporate image within the labor market.
Coordinate and administer pre-employment testing.
Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline.
Five (5) years’ directly related experience in corporate/agency recruiting.

Ability to establish and maintain a large network of professional relationships over an extended period (e.g. universities, trade schools, professional organizations, etc.).
Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP reports and statistics.
Strong skills in applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors Recruiting preferred).
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks, respond well to changing priorities, pay attention to detail and demonstrate quality time management and organizational skills.
Comprehensive skills in computer applications, databases and reporting software (Microsoft Office Suite applications).
Ability to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of professional responsibility.
Ability to speak persuasively and promote the Company’s brand to potential candidates.
Strong social networking skills.
Respect and follow safety policies and regulations; scan the environment for objects or people who may pose a safety risk; encourage others to utilize safe and healthy work practices.
Sedentary to light work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Ability to view computer screen, sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to operate a computer, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, telephone and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Ability to produce quality work in fast paced environment with high daily pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to work non-standard work hours as needed or required to meet established deadlines.
Ability to work indoors, in an office environment, regardless of whether cubicle, open office or private office.
Subject to normal office noise levels.
Ability to occasionally travel long distances to work or field locations, and/or to attend meetings or training, including overnight stays.
