Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining store appearance
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in technology sales or willingness to learn about technical products
- Ability to upsell and promote additional products or services
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of stock procedures for inventory management
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
