Job Description

Sock Club is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships, educate leads about our products, and grow our inbound sales process. This Account Manager will be the lead point of contact for their assigned clients and is expected to create long-term and trusted relationships.This position will also require maintenance and improvement of our CRM, Sales pipeline, and conversion analytics. Joining our team means being a part of a fast growing company that is disrupting retail, promotional goods, and customizable products. Our team is pushing what it means to be a Digitally Native Vertical Brand and focused on creating value for customers in ways they didn't know were possible. We are rebuilding domestic manufacturing, creating a product that our clients love, and applying new thinking to one of America’s oldest industries.

Other Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Negotiating close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensuring the delivery of our product according to customer needs and objectives
  • Collaborating with marketing and other sales team members to identify growth opportunities
  • Communicating client needs to product designers and help develop new product offerings
  • Generating new sales using existing customer networks
  • Converting leads by creating and providing helpful information

Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Experience
  • Previous work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Sales Representative or other relevant role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in direct communication and communicating to groups
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while still maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Business minded with a problem solving attitude

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Must have previous sales and client-facing experience
  • Can work well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver, independent thinker
  • Strong Google Suite, Excel, and software management skills
  • Self-starter; comfortable working with ambiguity and assuming a high level of responsibility
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience with account management a big plus!
