Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Maintain an atmosphere of compliance by managing all store operations to ensure that, among other things, pawn transactions, customer payments, collection activities, and marketing are properly performed in accordance with in Company's policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable laws.
-Increase store profitability through excellent customer service, community involvement, marketing, soliciting new business sources, employee training, and managing all store operating expenses.
-Accurately determining loan values based off of comprehensive vehicle appraisal.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Work Experience
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Employee and operations management or leadership experience required; retail, sales, or financial industries preferred.
-Sales oriented mentality and a passion for great customer service.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, rewarding, and results driven environment.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease and enthusiasm.
-An outgoing and confident personality during interactions with customers, co-workers, and business partners.
-Excellent collections skills and ability to problem solve specific situations in Company's best interest.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Minimum Required Qualifications
-Criminal background check required to include MVR (state exemptions may apply)
-Valid driver's license
-Ability to work store hours of operation
-Limited use of personal vehicle required
