Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties for storm damage and assess repair needs
- Provide estimates to homeowners and assist with insurance claims
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Meet sales goals and targets
- Attend training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
